集電器是滑觸線系統(tǒng)中集電側(cè)拾取電能的主要裝置之一,它通過集電刷與導(dǎo)軌的滑動接觸,將電能直接傳導(dǎo)至用電器,從而實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的移動供電.集電器由機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的張力裝置和直接與導(dǎo)軌滑動接觸的集電刷兩部分組成,機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的張力裝置決定集電刷與導(dǎo)軌的滑動接觸壓力和機(jī)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,集電刷則是導(dǎo)軌滑動接觸拾取電能的導(dǎo)體,它的性能和導(dǎo)電質(zhì)量以及材料結(jié)構(gòu)成分的優(yōu)劣,將直接影響整個系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的安全運行質(zhì)量,因此集電器是整個滑線系統(tǒng)中最主要的部件之一。
Collector is one of the main devices for collecting electric energy at the collector side of the sliding contact wire system. It transmits electric energy directly to the electrical appliances through sliding contact between the collector brush and the guide rail, thus realizing the mobile power supply of the system. The collector consists of two parts: the tension device of mechanical structure and the collecting brush of sliding contact with the guide rail directly. The tension device of mechanical structure determines the sliding of the collector brush and the guide rail. Contact pressure and stability of mechanism, collector brush is the conductor of sliding contact of guide rail to pick up electric energy. Its performance and conductive quality, as well as the merits and demerits of material structure components, will directly affect the safe operation quality of the whole system equipment, so collector is one of the most important components in the whole sliding line system.
